I’ve created this website to promote my products and share ideas.

To share my story,

I’ve been playing sport and competing since I was young. Rugby, basketball and athletics were my sports of focus.

Shortly after school, I found my way into the sport of fast-fitness, aka CrossFit, which I competed in from 2012-2018. I qualified for the Pacific Regionals (Australia, NZ and Asia championships) four times and placed in the top 10 three times.

In 2018, due to injury, I stopped competing in the sport of CrossFit and adopted a softer approach to my training. My training became exceedingly risk-averse and bought little intensity. Ironically, this had minimal positive impact on rehabilitating my injuries. The pain and stiffness continued while my mobility, movement and performance degraded over time.

As the saying goes “if you’re not growing, you’re dying”.

Looking back, I recognise that giving up performance-based training had significant negatives outcomes for me. I became weaker both physically and mentally. Competition has always come naturally to me and high-level physical performance has always been part of my identity.

Over the last couple of years I have returned to performance-based training and am approaching various markers of strength and fitness not seen for some time. I plan to surpass them and build stronger than ever.

I refuse to let age become an excuse for weakness and mediocrity. My goal is to perform like a high-level athlete (whether I compete in a sport or not) for years to come.

For me, this pursuit of physical excellence provides great satisfaction and fulfilment.
